The Fairest Week In Review: 4/05

When looking at my wholly unremarkable and frankly boring training log, please remember that we are LESS THAN THREE WEEKS AWAY FROM THE DARK SIDE HALF YESSSSSS.

Sunday | ran 7.06 miles on the treadmill in 1:10

Monday | ran 5.24 miles on the treadmill in 60 minutes

Tuesday | walked 2.12 miles outside in 35 minutes; 70 minute ballet class

Wednesday | ran 8.39 miles on the treadmill in 1:25

Thursday | walked 2.14 miles in 35 minutes; 70 minute ballet class

Friday | ran 5.24 miles on the treadmill in 60 minutes
I hate it when I ran the same amount in the same time in the same week. It makes me feel like there's a glitch in the matrix.

April WDW trip updates: I've been obsessively refreshing the page in the hopes of snagging a Dining with an Imagineer ADR - they're only doing it on one day we're there. I'm hopeful that people will start cancelling in the week leading up to the date so as not to incur the credit card fee. We'll see. If not, we'll stick to the plan of the Brown Derby Lounge. Maybe we can party crash an unsuspecting Imagineer who just came to have a drink among the fruits of his labor.

I also had a dream the other night that Pat and I made it into a Pandora soft opening. So we get on the ride - which looked like a cross between Soarin' and, weirdly enough, Terminator 3D at Universal Studios - and... kinda just sit there. The ride isn't working. And I'm like, well, y'know, soft opening. Dream me is very philosophical. Real me remains quixotic.

One rogue Magic Band box has turned up with our regular names. Further updates when sleeper box #2 arrives. (Butts.)

  1. You could try dining with an Animal Specialist instead of Dine with an Imagineer!

    1. That's true - and I'm totally gonna go for that if I go with my mom later this year - but as an architect I really think Pat would enjoy the Imagineer talk. We'll see if anything opens up!
