- Go for a 10 mile run outside in the early morning when it's theoretically cooler but actually it's 77 degrees out and the air is heavy with the humidity of the rain that will occur later in the day. If any part of your outfit isn't soaked by the halfway point, you're doing it wrong.
- Take a normal shower.
