The Fairest Week In Review: 7/03

Disney fireworks

Hello and happy Independence Day eve, or as I like to call it, Sam Eagle Appreciation Day.

I love you too, Sam!

Do you know what else this week is? It’s pre-vacation week. Woo! I am but one week away from the beach – and two weeks from a pilgrimage to my holy land, aka Walt Disney World.

So you’ll forgive me if I phone it in just bit. Don’t worry, I didn’t phone in my training. Week in review, go:

Sunday | rest
I just wasn’t feeling it, and for once I gave in to the impulse. Which led to…

Monday | 5.37 miles outside in 55 minutes; 50 minute ballet class
You can find out how my week of run streaking went here
. (Spoiler alert: it… went.)

Tuesday | ran 5.29 miles outside in 55 minutes; walked 2.09 miles outside in 35 minutes

Wednesday | ran 5.2 miles outside in 55 minutes; 50 minute hip-hip boot camp dance class
And I am JUST AS GOOD at hip-hop dancing as you imagine.

Thursday | ran 5.15 miles outside in 55 minutes; walked 2.08 miles outside in 35 minutes

Friday | ran 5.16 miles outside in 55 minutes

Saturday | rest
